 2 egg yolks

 1 egg white

 1/2 tsp salt

 50ml lime juice

 4 cloves garlic

 1 tbsp mustard seeds

 3 tsp smoked paprika
-
 400ml olive oil (not xtra virgin)
 
Instructions
place yolks, whites, salt, lime juice, garlic, mustard & paprika in blender & slowly add oil
Serving Suggestions
good with fish
