     Apple Pie

Ingredients
9-12 McIntosh or Empire Apples
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Peel & core apples. Cut apples in to quarters. Blend with sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice and salt.
Place butter (cubed) on top of filling before crust is placed.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
