     Hashbrown Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pound bag hashbrowns
2 cups shredded cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
chopped onion
salt & pepper
3/4 cup butter (melted)
Crispex or corn flakes
 

Instructions
Mix hashbrowns, cheese, salt, pepper and onion.
Mix cream of chicken, sour cream and 1 stick butter in another bowl.
Mix together with the other mixture. Sprinkle Crispex & butter mixture on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
