     Frosted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
2/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Wash the head of cauliflower and shake off excess water. Place head on microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave around 10 minutes or until tender. Keep covered. Microwave peas and season to taste. In 2-cup glass measure, mix salad dressing, salt and mustard. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Uncover cauliflower and spread mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave 45-60 seconds to melt cheese. Sprinkle top with paprike. Pour peas on plate around cauliflower.
