     Chicken Pepperoncini

Ingredients
3 chicken breast, cut in half
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cup italian bread crumbs
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white win
1 jar pepperocini
 
1 large tomato sliced thin
mozzerella
1/4 cup canola oil

Instructions
Oven 350 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture then breadcrumbs. Saute in canola oil until lightly browned. Put in oven dish
Melt butter in pan, whisk in flour and cook for minute or two. Add chicken broth, white wine, 1 cup pepperoncini juice from jar. Add two pepperoncinis cut in half to add heat.
Top cutlets with tomato and mozzarella, pour sauce over and bake covered 20 minutes. Until bubbly and cheese is melted.
