     Mom's Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Cooked chicken cubes
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 4oz can green chilies drained
Onion 1/2 small onion diced - onion powder is fine
Garlic - 1 clove or 1/2 to 1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
Taco seasoning packet
Tortailla chips - old stale chips work
 
10 - 16 oz grated cheese

Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chips and grated cheese. In a 9 x11 shallow baking dish, layer ingredients. Crunch a layer of tortiall chips on bottom, pour half of mixture, layer half of cheese on top. Put a second layer of chips, other half of mixture and top with rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and slightly browned.
