     Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 pkg broccoli slaw
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles (Oriental) – after opening you will crush the noodles
1 Cup Sunkist honey roasted sliced almonds
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds – salted is fine, it’s what I use
1 bunch of scallions chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
DRESSING-
 
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 ramen noodle spice packet (from above noodles)

Instructions
Mix slaw, scallions, red pepper, cranberries in a large bowl. Mix in a separate bowl sunflower seeds, almonds and crushed ramen noodles 1/2 hour before serving add dry ingredients to slaw and add dressing
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with grilled chicken as a side dish on under chicken as a chicken salad combo
