Cream together the oil, sugar, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with apples to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans and ½ half of the butterscotch chips. Spread in a Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
