     LAURIE’S SALTINE CRACKER TREAT

Ingredients
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 c. real butter
1 c. brown sugar
chopped nuts (optional)
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (can use white chocolate)
 

Instructions
Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Place crackers on bottom of foil covered pan. Pour caramel over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour bag of chocolate chips over crackers. When melted, spread evenly around pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cool till harden. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
