     LAURIE’S PUMPKIN CRISP

Ingredients
Step 1
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 c. evaporated milk
1 large can or 3 c. pumpkin
Step 2
1 stick butter
 
1 large yellow cake mix

Instructions
Step 1 Combine above ingredients and pour into a Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Step 2 Sprinkle cake mix over top of mixture. Cover mix with thinly sliced pieces of butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
