Using mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs
and continue mixing. Add remaining ingredients
and mix until you have a smooth batter. Spray a
12 cup muffin pan and fill each cup 3/4 full (or
use a mini muffin pan to make 24 bite-sized
morsels). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35
minutes or until browned (less for mini muffins).
Remove and let cool.
After the muffins have cooled, dip quickly in
melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar
mixture. Enjoy!!!
