2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
¾ c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brewed coffee, room temp.
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
8 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
½ to ¾ c. milk

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add oil, coffee and milk and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat 2 more minutes. You can bake in 2 or three pans at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before removing from pans. Frosting- Cream butter, beat in sugar and cocoa and vanilla. Add milk as needed.
