Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt 2 chocolate squares as directed on package. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water with mixer until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Pour into a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
Frosting-
Microwave remaining chocolate squares and Cool Whip in microwaveable bowl on high 1 ½ minute or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 minute. Cool 15 minutes; spread onto cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
