Stir all ingredients in medium mixing bowl until smooth...no lumps
Grease pan with smart balance butter and place on medium heat
Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter on pan for each pancake
Cook until the edges are dry. Then, flip the pancake over and continue cooking until the pancake has a golden brown color. Remove from pan and enjoy with your favorite maple syrup.
