Ingredients
8 oz olive oil 250g
1 lg head of cauliflower cut into bite size pcs
2 tins black olives chopped and pitted
1 16 oz tin green olives chopped 500g
2 12 oz jars pickled onions chopped
2 10oz tins mushroom stems and pcs 300ml
2 lg green peppers chopped
2 4oz tins pimento chopped
4 15 oz bottles ketchup 475 ml
 
1 15 oz bottle hot ketchup 475ml
1 48 oz jar mixed pickles 1.5 L chopped
2 lg tins anchovies chopped
3 7oz tins solid tuna chopped
3 tin small shrimp

Instructions
Simmer first group of ingredient 10 min stirring often.
Drain and pour boiling water over the last 3 ingredients to wash away salt. Then add to the mixture and place in sterilized jars and seal. Process or freeze in bags. This is a great antipasto. Costs about Thirty five dollars to make but makes great gift. Serve with crackers.
