CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES
1 brownie mix
Bake as directed on box for cake-like brownies.
Set aside
1 pkg. cream cheese 5 Tbs. margarine
1/3 c. sugar 2 eggs
2 Tbs. flour 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Mix softened cream cheese and butter till smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat till smooth. Put half of the brownie mix in bottom of greased (PAM) 9 x 13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over top. Drizzle the rest of brownie mix on top of
cream cheese mixture. Swirl with knife. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with chocolate frosting. Can use any recipe.
I use-
3 c. pwd. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa
1 Tbs. soft margarine 1 tsp. vanilla
Add milk to consistency.
