     Slow Cooker Smothered Beef Burritos

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean beef stew meat
2 - 15 oz cans fat-free enchilada sause
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 beef bouillan cubes, dissolved in 1-2 tablespoon of warm water
1 cup fat-free refried beans
12 small flour tortillas
1 cup reduced fat sheredded chedder cheese
 

Instructions
In a large slow cooker stir to combine stew meat, enchilada sauce, pepper, garlic powder and dissolved bouillon cubes.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender, approximately 9 hours
