1 lb ground beef

1 onion, diced
|

1 green pepper, diced

1 t garlic salt

1 t black pepper

28oz diced tomatoes

15oz tomato sauce

1 lb macaroni

1 C cheddar cheese

Instructions |
|
|
1. Brown ground beef. Drain fat then add onions and green
peppers. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Saute until vegetables
are soft.
|

|
2. Add tomatoes and sauce. Simmer on low for 10 minutes while
macaroni is cooking.
|
|
|
3. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and return to pot. Add beef
mixture.
|
|
|
4. Serve with cheddar cheese on top.
Makes 9 servings of 1 cup each.
