4 lb round steak, 3/4 inch thick, cut into 3 inch cubes

2 cups ketchup
|
|
1 cup cola
|
|
1/2 cup chopped onion
|
|
2 garlic cloves, minced
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place beef pieces in cooker.

3. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour over meat. 4. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours.

5. About 30 minutes before serving, remove beef from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Return beef to slow cooker and mix well with sauce.

6. Cover and cook on high an additional 20 minutes. 7. Spoon about 1/3 cup beef mixture into individual sandwich buns.
