This is a good recipe for grandmas to make with their grandchildren.
Melt margarine. Add cocoa and beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Fold in flour. Bake 1 to 2 minutes in a waffle iron. Eat plain or frost them with green frosting. Makes 18 cookies.
