Preheat oven to 350.
Line cupcake pan with liners.
Mix brownie mixes according to instructions on box. (You will use your eggs, oil, and water here).
Cut rolls of cookie dough into even slices - 12 per roll.
Place cookie slice in bottom of cupcake liner.
Add reese cup on top of cookie dough.
Spoon brownie batter on top of reese cup.
Bake 20 minutes or until brownie is cooked throughout.
