     BANANA SPLIT CHEESECAKE BARS

Ingredients
Crust-
14 whole Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers (5 x 2 1/2 inch each), crushed (about 2 cups)
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
Filling-
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
 
1/2 c. mashed bananas
Topping-
1 c. halved strawberries
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions
BANANA SPLIT CHEESECAKE BARS Crust- Mix crushed graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Line pan with foil for easy removal of bars. Press onto bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Filling- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in banana. Pour into crust. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate, if desired, or Hershey’s syrup. Cut into bars. Makes 18.
