Mix ground round with garlic powder. Make into balls, approx 1 tbsp of meat. Brown in small amount of oil in skillet. Drain fat when meatballs are brown and done. Mix in chili sauce and grape jelly in small saucepan and heat on low until jelly is melted. Pour over meatballs and keep warm.
