     Austrian Dumplings

Ingredients
3 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Cups Flour
 

Instructions
Peel boiled potatoes and mash with fork while hot. Combine with eggs and remaining ingredients and mix gently but well form plum size balls and cook gently in salted boiling water covered for 15 minutes.Drain and serve with your favorite coordinating gravy!
