Bottom layer digestive biscuits and butter - caramel made with
a tin of condensed milk - 2tbs butter - 3 tbs brown sugar -
boiled in a pan over medium heat until it thickens - pour over
the biscuit base - slice bananas over the top and leave to cool
for 30 mins in fridge - whip topping mix mixed with milk or else
a tub of Elmlea Whippin Cream or a mix of both -)
