     Mexican Style Ribs

Ingredients
2 large slabs of pork ribs
1 large yellow onion
5 garlic cloves
1 pint container Baca's red chili, mild (found in freezer section)
1 28 oz. can La Victoria green chili enchilada sauce
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon dries rosemary
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
2 Tablespoons salt
 
Water and 3 bay leaves

Instructions
Directions In a high power blender, like a Vita Mix, place spices, onion, garlic, and Baca's red chili, and enchilada sauce. Blend well. In a large oven pan place ribs and cover with the sauce, the whole bay leaves, and enough water to cover the ribs. Cover pan with foil and place in oven and bake until tender, about 3 hours in a 350 degree oven.
