     Pork Tenderloin Paprika

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 # pork tenderloin (remove visible fat) & cubed
3 to 4 tbs. flour
1 Tbls. Paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 medium onion (coarsely chopped)
1 green bell pepper (coarsely chopped)
2 large cloves garlic (chopped)
1 cup chicken broth
 
3 Tbls red wine vinegar
3 Tbls tomato paste
1/2 cup sour cream
s&p to taste

Instructions
Toss cubed pork with flour, paprika, s&p. Chop green pepper and garlic & add to crock pot. In a separate bowl combine broth, vinegar and tomato paste (set aside).
Heat EVO in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add floured pork and chopped onions. Brown quickly, transfer to crock pot. Pour broth into hot pan and scrape the bottom to get all the brown bits then pour over the pork in crock pot. Stir well.
Cook for 7 to 9 hours on low.
Add sour cream 15 minutes before serving.
