     Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Servings   10 cookies

2 and 1/3 cups quick oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325.
Combine all ingredients. Each cookie should be 3 tbsp of dough. Drop on to baking mat and flatten the tops in to desire thickness.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cookies stay fresh for 1 week at room temperature, frozen for 3 months.
