Soak dal for 6-8 hrs,grind coarsley
1cup of paste add 1 tsp of salt,11/2 tsp sugar,oil,lemon juice
Stir it
For steaming
Boil water in steamer,apply oil to thali and warm it up in the
steamer,add the paste with all ingredients and ENO ,put some
red chilly powder steam for 20-25 min
Make Vaughan,add water and spread over dhokla,cut into
square,add cilantro and chillies
