     Roasted sausage, polenta, and grapes

Ingredients
6 sweet Italian sausage links, uncooked (chicken if you can)
1.5 lbs red seedless grapes
1 prepared tube polenta
2 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
1 sm red or yellow onion, in sm wedges
2 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except sausage on a rimmed sheet pan. Top with salt and pepper. Rest sausages on top of mixture. Roast at 350 for 55 minutes.
