6 sweet Italian sausage links, uncooked (chicken if you can)

1.5 lbs red seedless grapes

1 prepared tube polenta
|

2 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
|

1 sm red or yellow onion, in sm wedges

2 tbs olive oil
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Combine all ingredients except sausage on a rimmed sheet
pan. Top with salt and pepper. Rest sausages on top of
mixture. Roast at 350 for 55 minutes.
