Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add the pumpkin, egg, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt. Mix until combined. Mix in flour, oats and chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Bake ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes until slightly browned.
