     Crockpot Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or sub ground chicken or turkey)
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cans corn
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
small jar MILD salsa
 

Instructions
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat off, then put the meat in the crock pot. Drain & rinse beans, then add them to the crock pot. Add the ENTIRE contents of the cans of corn and tomatoes. Add the jar of salsa and then add the taco seasoning. Stir until the seasoning mix is blended in. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours. I usually serve with rice or scoops chips.
