     Venison Jerky

Ingredients
1 1/2-2 lbs partially frozen venison
1/4 c soy sauce
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 small bottle liquid smoke
1/4 t ground pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t hickory smoked salt
1/4 c packed brown sugar
 

Instructions
Trim fat and sinew from meat. Slice as thinly as possible. In a bowl combine all ingredients, stir and dissolve. Add meat and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shake excess liquid from meat and arrange on cookie sheet and place in 150-200F oven until dry or arrange on racks in dehydrator at 160F until dry about 6-8 hours.
