Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Wash potatoes and pat dry with paper towel.
Cut into 1/4 inch thick strips (like french fries).
Put in a large bowl and add dressing and grated topping. Toss Well.

Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange the potatoes in a single layer.Bake 12 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn potatoes over with large spatula. Bake another 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
