Boil Chicken. Chop onion into fine pieces. When chicken is boiled chopped into small pieces.
Sauté onion in butter until onion is soft. Add cream of celery and cook for about 5 mins. Then add cream of chicken.
Drain cans of Veg-All and add to mixture. Add chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into a 9x13 dish. Unroll crescent rolls on top and bake @350 until rolls are cooked.
