     Three Cheese macaroni

Ingredients
1 7 oz pkg elbow macaroni
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 t salt
2 c milk
1 c ea- shredded Colby, Cheddar, and
Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 t parsley flakes
 
2 t buttered bread crumbs

Instructions
Prepare macaroni as package directs. drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt. Blend in milk. Cook and stir till thickened. Mix cheeses together, reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
Add macaroni and parsley to the cheese sauce mixture. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Top with reserved cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
