2 large cauliflowers
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 pints chicken stock
2 cloves garlic
1/4 pint double cream
salt and peper
 
Instructions
saute onion & garlic
add cauliflower, stock, salt & pepper & garlic & cook for about an hour
puree & add cream
season to taste
Serving Suggestions
croutons on top
