1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
Vanilla essence
3 cups plain flour - 3 tsp baking powder
1 grated lemon
Pinch of salt
Method
Mix yogurt, oil, sugar and vanilla.Then add eggs, one at a
time. Sift flour and BP add salt and grated lemon and add
slowly to mixture, put in a lined baking tin,bake in a hot oven
200 digress for 45 min - 1 hr check with a screwer. Not sure
about the time as I bake it in a ( borma forn).
