Ingredients
2 T butter, melted
1 lb sweet potatoes, cut into 1 in pieces
1 lb acorn squash, peeled, seeded, and cut i
and cut into 1 in pieces
1 large onion, chopped (optional)
1/3 c dried cramberries
1 T honey
1 t granulated sugar
1 t ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Pour the melted butter into a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Add the sweet potatoes and cover pan with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and add the squash, onion (if desired), cranberries, honey, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
