Combine the flour, brown sugar, and ground ginger.
Using a pastry bender, cut in the butter until the mixture
resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in th e chopped pecans and
crystalllized ginger.
Sprinkle the topping over a pumpkin pie, part way through
