     EASIEST clean fried rice

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 eggs
16 oz cooked chicken that it sliced into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped yellow peppers
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
1 tbsp water
 

Instructions
Coat a pan with coconut oil or olive oil spray and scramble your eggs. Set aside.
Sauté each of your veggies separately- this really keeps the flavor! Once all the veggies are sautéed, throw them all together in a large pan or wok and add the eggs, your choice of protein, quinoa, water and Mrs. Dash. Stir together for a few minutes and you're done!
