In blender, combine eggs, egg whites, half and half, salt, pepper and dill. Blend on high speed until volume is doubled in size.
Grease 24 muffin tins with butter. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full with egg mixture. Distribute chopped ham evenly amongst cups. Top each cup with 2T of shredded cheese.
Bake @ 375F convection or 400F conventional oven setting for 15 min., or until puffed and lightly golden and center of cups are set.
Let frittatas cool slightly for 5 minutes then gently slide rubber spatula around edges and bottoms to loosen. Slide frittata cups onto a platter to serve.
