     Beef and Black Eyed Pea Soup

Ingredients
16 ounce package dried black eyed peas
10 ounce can condensed bean and bacon soup
3 -4 cups water
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Rinse and drain the peas. Combine all ingreidnet sin slow cooker. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours or until peas and beef are tender.
