     Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth
2 pound bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups milk
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Place chicken broth, potoates, salt, pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4 hours, or until potatoes are soft. Leaving the broth and potatoes in the slow cooker, mash the potatoes lightly, leaving some larger chunks. Add milk and cheese. Blend in thoroughly. Cover adn cook on high until cheese melts and soup is hot.
