     Potato Chowder

Ingredients
8 cups peeled, diced potatoes
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces package cream cheese, cubed
 

Instructions
In slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, chicken soup and pepper. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese, stirring utnil well blended, heat until cheese melts and soup is hot throughout.
