3 Tbsp minced onion

3/4 cup spinach - chopped and cooked

Nutmeg, white pepper - dash

2 eggs-beaten

1 cup light or heavy cream

1 cup cheese 1/2 swiss, 1/2 Gruyere

Instructions |

Melt butter. Saute onion until golden. Add spinach and cook until dry- stirring constantly. Mix in nutmeg and white pepper. Cool 10 mins.

Beat .cream and pepper into eggs. Add cheese and spinach mixture. Pour into baked pie shell
