     Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
4 eggs - separated
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsps butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
 

Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff, with hand mixer. Beat egg yolks until light. Add vanilla and butter.
Combine flour and add milk to egg mixture. beat well. Fold beaten egg white into batter. The addition of 1-2 Tbsp of cooking oil to the batter will help release.
