     Backeyed Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 - 16oz cans blackeyed peas - do not drain
1 - 10oz can rotel toamatoes - do not drain
 

Instructions
Brown beef in large pot until resembles crumbles and is no longer pink. Add blackeyed peas and rotel. Cook until heated through. Then simmer until ready to serve.
