     Banana Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 - 3.5oz instant banana pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup mashed bananas
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
 
2 Tbsp ilk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts - optional

Instructions
Preheat ovento 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan. In the mixing bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding. Add the eggs, water, oil and mashed bananas and beat on low until blended. Scrape down the sides the beat on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into the pan and bake 50-55 minutes. Let cook for 10 minutes then turn onto a wire rack to cook completely. Drizzle icing over the cake.
