7 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained, optional
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, or 1/4 cup pre cooked bacon crumbles
Instructions
Place chicken in slow cooker. In a mixing bowl, combine soup and sour cream, and mushroom pieces if you wish. Pour over chicken. Cover adn cook on low 4 - 5 hours, or until chicken is tender, but not dry. Sprinkle with bacon before serving. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
